Successful leadership today is at a unique potion. Evolving from the past where everything was straight forward and hard core. Transitioning into leadership today where we have evolving technology everyday. Successful leaders must be able to communicate affectingly on all platforms as well as stay up to date with all technology. Leadership today won't be greatly different then what is to come in the future although there will be a few key factors that may separate a successful leader in the years to come.
Future
Successful leadership in the future looks very similar to leadership today. The two biggest tips from the research and interview successful leaders in the work force today is effective communication and being able to adapt. If you're able to adapt to someone eases situation and be able to comfort them by asking the right questions or giving the right advice in the right way, you're doing both of these things. One of the biggest issues we are seeing today is with all the new technology, kids and young adults are not as comfortable talking in front of people or just having a normal conversation.
