Sport and Leadership

Sports are a an opportunity to develop real life skills at ages where these skills are not taught. As humans we are able to learn from our experiences and our past. By allowing these principles below to develop through sport at all ages, help prepare us for real life situations. The difference maker with sports is that it is up to you and only you to develop these skills. As you're on the court, field, or ice, you self teach these skills to perfection. There is no teacher holding you're hand. When you're open on the three point line, your mom or dad doesn't tell your buddy to pass you the ball. You develop the correct communication skills on you're own. Sport is one of the greatest opportunites to developing leadership skills along with life long skills.
